Sponsor / Vendor Opportunities Levels

Below you will find a detail explanation for various opportunity levels for you to sponsor and or be a vendor at the SC State Association of Fire Chiefs FIRE LEADERSHIP SC 2020 conference. Below these details you will find links for you to register. These links are for credit card registration and payment. If you would prefer to pay by check, you will find a link at the bottom for Sponsor/Vendor Check Registration.

 

DIAMOND SPONSOR      $7,000.00

  • You will have an opportunity to address the Chiefs as a group.
  • Recognition signage will be provided.
  • A full-inside front-page ad will appear in the conference program.
  • Provide us with your brochure, single page advertisement or a small give-a-way and we will include them in the conference bags, which will be given to each registrant.
  • Six (6) tickets to Friday lunch with vendors, Friday Vendor & Carnival Night Dinner, and Saturday Banquet.
  • Includes one 8' x 10' vendor booth (one table and two chairs).
  • One apparatus space (If no apparatus space needed, an 8' x 20' vendor booth can be provided).

 

GOLD SPONSOR      $5,000.00

  • Recognition signage will be provided.
  • Provide us with your brochure, single page advertisement or a small give-a-way and we will include them in the conference bags, which will be given to each registrant.
  • full-page ad  will appear in the conference program.
  • Four (4) tickets to Friday lunch with vendors, Friday Vendor & Carnival Night Dinner, and Saturday Banquet.
  • Includes one 8' x 10' vendor booth (one table and two chairs) or one apparatus space.

 

SILVER SPONSOR      $3,000.00

  • Recognition signage will be displayed.
  • A 1/2 page ad will appear in the conference program.
  • Provide us with your brochure, single page advertisement or a small give-a-way and we will include them in the conference bags, which will be given to each registrant.
  • Two (2) tickets to Friday lunch with vendors, Friday Vendor & Carnival Night Dinner, and Saturday Banquet.
  • Includes one 8' x 10' vendor booth (one table and two chairs) .

 

BRONZE SPONSOR      $2,000.00

  • Recognition signage will be displayed.
  • Provide us with your brochure, single page advertisement or a small give-a-way and we will include them in the conference bags, which will be given to each registrant.
  • A 1/4 page ad will appear in the conference program.
  • One (1) ticket to Friday lunch with vendors, Friday Vendor & Carnival Night Dinner, and Saturday Banquet.

BRASS SPONSOR         $1,000.00

  • Recognition signage will be displayed.

A.T. Hagood Sponsorship Information

All proceeds will go to the A.T. Hagood Scholarship Fund. If you are unfamiliar with this scholarship, the purpose of this fund is to assist members and members’ spouses and/or children with funding to further their formal education. Formal education is being defined here as an active pursuit of an associate degree and/or a bachelor’s degree. Hole Sponsorship Information

Elite Sponsor --$1000 Includes company banner at registration, 4-person team, one (1) mulligan and one (1) red for each team member, sign at 1st hole.
Platinum Sponsor--$750 Includes 4-person team, one (1) mulligan and one (1) red tee for each team member, sign at hole #2.
Diamond Sponsor --$500 Includes 4-person team, sign at hole #3.
Gold Sponsor --$100 Includes sign on a hole.
